Queen Camilla allegedly told Prince Charles that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's presence was "offensive."

Queen Camilla is still upset about the way Prince Harry portrayed her in his best-selling memoir, Spare, which was released earlier this year to great acclaim. Gossip at Royal Ascot this week centered on Harry and Meghan's resentment toward both of them, especially Camilla.

"According to a friend of Camilla's, the mother of two "remains furious" with Harry, who called her an "evil stepmother" in his memoir, Spare.

"It is because of Harry's cutting words that Camilla wants to distance herself from her two parents."

A source said, "Camilla tells Charles they make her uncomfortable, but Charles loves her unconditionally. Charles still loves Harry, so Camilla knows not to go overboard. Everyone blames Megan."

"OK" reports that Meghan is not the only stepdaughter with whom Camilla is at odds. The magazine writes, "She is reportedly still not on good terms with Kate Middleton. This was evident when the brunette beauty refrained from bowing to the new queen at her coronation in May.

A source said at the time, "That obvious insult was a huge turn-off. Apparently, Kate bristled at the order Camilla had given about the coronation guests and decided to make her feelings of anger plain."

The source added that the "woman's anger was not just about the king, it was about the woman's anger at Camilla.

According to another source, the tension between the two women began shortly after the late King's death last September, "because she (Camilla) embarked on a journey of power after being named Queen Consort by the late King," OK reported.
