Prince Harry will not attend the King's coronation concert, officials say

Prince Harry will attend King Charles' coronation on May 6, but his stay will be minimal.

"After going back and forth, Harry has said he will return for the king's coronation, but it will only be a brief visit," a source told The Mirror.

"Organizers have been told that Harry will not be attending the concert with the rest of the royal family.

The concert at Windsor Castle will feature performances by headliners such as Lionel Richie and Katy Perry.

Prince Harry will not be attending the concert, but many stars have previously reportedly refused to perform for one reason or another. They include Adele, Ed Sheeran, the Spice Girls, Elton John, and Harry Styles. That means ...... There are no major names!

As for Harry, he confirmed his coronation plans - which is great, but it took a while to do so. He and Meghan Markle reportedly missed the deadline for replies before the Duke of Sussex officially confirmed that he would attend without the Duchess.

In March, it was revealed that coronation organizers had made plans to include the Sussexes without their RSVP.

"Harry and Meghan had the cars, seating plans, meal arrangements, all ...... all factored into the planning," a source said at the time. [Of course, there may be a "just-in-case" scenario, but obviously it's not a 'no.' The staff is certainly working on the assumption that they will come. These arrangements have to be made well in advance."

Hopefully, all of that will be worked out.
