As the coronation approaches, Prince Louis is "feeling the pressure to be on his best behavior," says royal expert

Nine-year-old Prince George will be well aware that his grandfather King Charles' coronation is a big event. Princess Charlotte, age 7, and Prince Louis, age 4 (and turning 5 in two days!) will also have been told of its importance, but at this age, may not really understand how much it really means (although Charlotte must be ready for it).

"In George's case, I think [the Crown Prince and Princess] will be able to take their time and have an adult discussion, but I think it's important for Charlotte and Louis to know that this is a very big day, an important day, and that they need to behave, perhaps especially for Louis. I'm sure they're telling him that he has to," said royal expert Jenny Bond, OK!

For experts, the big day is going to be a bit confusing for all three Welsh children.

"There is excitement and nervousness, of course, but also pride in the fact that my grandfather is the king," Bond continued.

"There will be the embarrassment of having to wear very unique clothes and be the center of attention on the day, and there will be a certain amount of pressure."

Prince George will be Prince Charles' chamberlain, so he will have the actual work to do on the day, but as far as we know, the brothers will just watch the proceedings.

"They will feel the pressure to be on their best behavior as the day approaches, Bond said.

As well as being young, it has become quite apparent in recent months that Prince Louis enjoys being a little "cheeky", as was seen at the Queen's Jubilee last year.

During that event, the young prince spent hours making all kinds of funny faces, much to the annoyance of his older siblings.

On one occasion, he tried to put his leg over Charlotte's knee, and his sister promptly pushed Charlotte away. And Prince George was seen frantically cringing at the sight of his brother's antics.

Perhaps Louis could be persuaded to keep the funny faces to a minimum during the coronation service at Westminster Abbey, but Bond told "OK!" that perhaps Charlotte would help "rein him in."

She said, "Perhaps Lady Catherine might have a few quiet words with her daughter to keep an eye on Prince Louis during the service."

"Charlotte is a confident girl and she will take it upon herself to make sure Prince Louis is kept in check as best she can. I think that will be the case."

On the other hand, "I think that the prince will be very happy with her.

Meanwhile, royal photographer Chris Jackson hinted on a podcast that Prince Louis may once again prove to be the "star of the show" at King Charles' coronation (via Express). Frankly, we're just glad to have the meme fodder.
