Kaley Cuoco "very happy" as a new mom, says co-star

Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelfrey recently became parents, and according to one of Cuoco's co-stars, they are thriving.

Cuoco and Pelfrey welcomed baby Matilda on March 30 and announced her arrival on Instagram on April 1.

The new mom shared a series of adorable photos of her daughter and partner.

She wrote, "Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelfrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle .... Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us so much over the past few days . We are blessed beyond our wildest imagination. Pelfrey shared a photo of himself and said, "'You are the soul of the universe. And your name is love. -Lumi

Rosie Perez, who co-stars with Cuoco in Flight Attendant, spoke to People about how she handles motherhood.

"She's very happy," Perez said. 'The love she has for that child and the love she has for Tommy ...... because I knew Tommy before I knew Kaylee. So it's so wonderful."

"I'm so happy for her," Perez said.

The actress added, "All Kaley ever wanted was someone who would love her and be her partner, and I truly believe she has found that person. And the fact that they now have a child together is truly a testament to their love."
