Lainey Wilson Pushes Bell Bottom Trend at CMT Awards

[From cowboy boots (see Ganni (opens in new tab) and Khaite (opens in new tab)) to fringed items (see Nili Lotan (opens in new tab)), you'll see them on the runway, on supermodels, and on the ready-to-wear racks.

Country.

One thing that will never go away in country style is the humble bell-bottom pant.

And at this weekend's CMT Awards, Wilson made a very strong case for the bell-bottom trend with three different winning looks (she also won Best Female Video of the Year for "Heart Like a Truck" and Best Collaborative Video Award, so it's fitting.)

She appeared at the awards show in a bell-bottom jumpsuit with deep plunge and red, black, and blue leaf prints, paired with an embellished black hat and gold jewelry.

Wilson accepted her solo award from country icon Shania Twain in a shiny blue and green leopard print bell bottom.

The breakout country star finished the evening in an even shinier chrome bellbottom paired with a simple black hat and a Cinq-a-Sept embellished blazer, specifically the Rhinestone Chain Cheyenne Blazer (opens in new tab).

This jacket and some of my personal favorite bellbottom styles can be purchased below.
