Rihanna was found to be wearing $3.2 million worth of diamonds at the Super Bowl.

Artist Rihanna, known for her song "Diamonds," reportedly wore an estimated $3.2 million worth of diamonds during her Super Bowl halftime show performance. A little on the nose, but oh well.

Steven Stone's (open in new tab) diamond guru, jeweler Zach Stone, took a close look at RiRi's outfit, especially her accessories, and drew some eye-opening conclusions.

"Rihanna has made a triumphant return to the live music scene, announcing her second pregnancy and impressing with an extensive performance featuring both her biggest hits and her jewelry," Stone commented.

"Rihanna has partnered with some of the biggest and best maisons in the world for her statement-making jewelry moments, so it was no surprise to see her wearing pieces from world-renowned designers.

"The jewelry that caught our eye were three vintage brooches she had, designed by Joseph Saidian & Sons. They were adorned with hundreds of diamonds of all cuts and sizes, totaling, I believe, $135,000."

Stone continues. The superstar also wore a brilliant skeleton Northern Lights watch (opens in new tab) from Jacob & Co. Bayco, whose clients include royalty, is one of the world's most elite companies in fine jewelry and precious stones, and the 19.47-carat ruby ring (opens in new tab) is believed to be worth about $3 million."

Oh, you thought that was all?

Stone says, "Rihanna has an abundance of diamond pieces from Messika (opens in new tab) to adorn her ears. They are not available for purchase at this time, but based on similar pieces listed on the designer's website, they are likely to be worth at least $12,000 total."

"Considering all of this, it is highly likely that Rihanna wore a staggering $3.2 million worth of diamonds during her performance at this year's Super Bowl.

TBH, I wonder if this makes up for the fact that she was basically not paid for her performance?
