Aubrey Plaza and Amy Poehler Reprise "Parks and Rec" Characters on "SNL"

Aubrey Plaza made her long-awaited debut as a "Saturday Night Live" host this weekend, and she lived up to expectations.

Not only did her monologue poke fun at her signature monotone, but the actress also spoofed two of her most iconic roles in the skit.

First, she joined Colin Jost's Corner, reprising her role as April Radgate in Parks and Recreation with Amy Poehler as Leslie Knope. Plaza slipped easily back into her DGAF character's shoes, wearing a gray hoodie and striped T-shirt, and told people that if you work for the local government, you can get away with doing the bare minimum.

"Drive the bus," she advised. 'You don't have to be on time and no one cares. Work for the water department. You can drain the reservoirs and find clues to dead bodies and murders. Or be a dog catcher and tell them you didn't find anything. Yes, as long as you work for the municipality, the least you can do is to do your part."

Later, Poehler appeared as Leslie, bringing her enthusiasm for which the show is famous, and contrasting nicely with April's still unflappable demeanor.

Next, Plaza participated in a "White Lotus" spoof titled Black Lotus. In it, Plaza plays a truth-telling bartender. In a scene that is not a spoof of her own character, Harper, who appeared in Season 2, a waitress approaches Ethan, a man she believes to be Plaza's husband, and says, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. If you've seen Season 2, you know what that means.

Also, as part of Plaza's monologue, President Biden actually recorded a short video. Here's what happened then. Plaza explained that her family was there and that they were from Delaware, where she was from.

She then said, "I was actually voted the most famous person from Delaware. I beat out Joe Biden. That's true. He was mad. Look at the video he sent me."

"Aubrey. You are the most famous man in Delaware. We're grateful you made it out of White Lotus alive."

"That's funny, Joe.
