For Chrissy Teigen, there is no other way to keep it real.

The model, who welcomed her third child, a daughter named Estee, earlier this month, not only kept her fans updated throughout her pregnancy, but continues to do so now that she is postpartum.

Teigen posted a lovely photo on Instagram wearing a silky black slip dress, an oversized coral cardigan, heeled suede boots, and a fedora. It's a totally chaotic outfit, but I love it."

She posted the caption, "omw bandaging both my wound and the 3.8 second clip of Beyonce performing in Dubai together until I get a full hbo special," as a reference to her C-section.

But the detail that jumped out at fans the most was the visible stain on Teigen's dress, probably from breast milk. This made commenters feel as if they were seeing their own pregnancy experience.

"I am glad women have the freedom to admit without having to hide," one wrote.

"The milk spots add an extra layer of authenticity to this," someone else said.
