Hilary Duff's daughter tells the entire soccer team that her mother made "bad chicken" and got "diarrhea."

Hilary Duff's daughter Banks, 4, revealed the secret of her famous mother's digestive tract to her entire soccer camp team, as well as her "very handsome" coach.

Duff actually revealed her daughter's epic betrayal in August, posting a screenshot of an email she received from her nanny on Instagram Stories, saying, "Wow! Don't trust the kids! Soccer coach kicked me out" (via Yahoo!

The text itself reads, "Story Banks told at camp: ...... 'My mom made bad chicken and I got diarrhea ...... This is what happens when you make bad chicken.'"

It is unclear what prompted Banks to sell out his mother in such a manner, whether he felt it was an important PSA to his peers, or whether he had no legitimate reason to do so at all. Seth Meyers asked Hilary Duff for her thoughts on the matter when she appeared on his TV show this week.

"What I like to ask is what happened at the soccer camp that made her think, 'I actually have something to add to this topic,'" Myers said. Myers said.

Duff added, "I don't think she was prompted at all. By the way, her soccer coach was very good looking. He was very good-looking. I was at work, and my nanny called me and said, 'You made a bad chicken. You made a bad chicken and now you're going to pay for it. Banks, that's not cool. Mommy has diarrhea.

Myers sympathized with the guest and told her. 'It's really a double burn. Because when you have diarrhea, people don't like you, but it's like, 'It's Mom's fault she has diarrhea.'"

Duff continued, "Yeah, and she almost poisoned everyone because the chicken was undercooked. No one ate it but me."

Well, at least Banks doesn't criticize her mother's clothing and interior design choices. Small victory.
