Any royal watcher knows that the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry appears to be at an all-time low following the Sussex couple's royal departure and Harry's revelations in various media projects and interviews.

But while Prince Harry has been vocal about the hurt he is carrying, Prince William has had to speak more privately about his feelings on the matter due to royal protocol.

"The last few years have been difficult. Siblings falling out, Meggitt, I think it's been difficult for William," said royal expert Katie Nicole, OK!

Thankfully, William is not alone in this difficult time. Nicole adds, "He has lost a supportive role in Harry, but he really recognizes that he has an irreplaceable support in Kate."

"I think they are equally proud of each other, but they really needed to be there for each other these past few years, and Kate has been a great support when he really needed it."

More than that, Nicole says, Princess Kate is in her element as an integral part of the royal family.

"She is not afraid to show us who she is as a royal mother.

"I think her great success is being there as the future queen, supporting William, being a practical mother, and juggling all these roles."

There seems to be an incredibly strong foundation for the Prince and Princess of Wales relationship.

"I've traveled all over the world with them, and they are a great team," Nicole continues. [They complete each other's sentences and are always there for each other. [I've had the opportunity to see more of Kate's solo work over the past few years, and she is very capable and very happy on her own. But I think we will see more of this because they are also a very effective and powerful double act, and I think we will see more of Kate coming out alone as the new Crown Princess in 2023."
