Read MoreThere are serious spoilers for "Too Hot to Handle" Season 4. Amidst the gorgeous scenery and expensive antics, the fourth season of "Too Hot to Handle" found a couple with a really sweet love story. Jawahir Khalifa, a model from Amsterdam who was quick to break the rules, and Nick Kissi, an American artist and meditating yogi, were the strongest couple of the season. Nick spotted Javaheel as soon as he stepped onto the beach, but before Nick could catch her eye, Javaheel was flirting with several guys. Once paired, the two became the biggest rule breakers of the season, rivaling Kayla and Seb (opens in new tab). (Nawahir was fined $41,000 and Seira's rule violation was $68,000.)
A major curveball (or "grenade") in the couple's journey came with the arrival of Sean, a model from Florida who had caught Nawa Hill's eye. The model admitted from the start that she had a tendency to run away when a relationship got serious, and fell into old habits when she decided to explore an affair with Sean, even sleeping in his bed for a night. In the end, Lana let Javaheel decide whether to have a romantic dinner with Nick or Sean. Javaheel chose Nick and confided his fear of abandonment.
"I know my connection with you is real. I look at you and feel a sensation I've never felt before. I was afraid and I was forcing myself to stay away from you," she told him.
After a romantic dinner, Java Hill and Nick joined the other two couples of the season as finalists for the remaining $89,000 of the original $200,000 pot. The contestants voted, and Jawa and Nick won the season! But the question is, could their relationship survive in the outside world?
There is always an unspoken rule on reality dating shows that viewers must wait a little after the finale to find out if the couple is still together. (On shows like "Love Is Blind," reunions happen fairly quickly.) Fortunately, our favorite rule breaker broke the contestant mold and allowed couples to wait a bit to reveal their status.
In an Instagram Story posted yesterday, Java Hill asked, "Are you guys still dating?" she answered a fan's question. She wrote: "We are. We'll find out soon enough. Bear with us and enjoy the next great episode."
[12As for clues, standard Instagram snooping is a bit difficult for Nick and Java Hill. He shares a lot of aesthetic snaps, but he doesn't follow anyone on the app. Java Hill does follow him, however, and often "likes" his and other cast members' posts and interacts with them.
There are also some very big hits that fans of the couple can embrace. The show was filmed in early spring 2022, and Java Hill and Nick apparently took a trip shortly after the show ended. The two have shared Instagram posts from their trip to Indonesia this past April and May, and there is a big hint hidden in them that they took the trip together: in the post they shared in early April, they are definitely standing under the same waterfall.
