Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could 'absolutely' be stripped of royal titles if documentary damages office: expert
The first of three episodes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix documentary will be available on December 8.
After two very explosive trailers, viewers are certainly expecting the series to be filled with bombshell after bombshell (though no one outside of production personnel has seen the show yet).
It has been said for months that Charles III may be waiting until this documentary and Harry's memoir are released before deciding whether Archie and Lilibet can use the titles of "Prince" and "Princess," but one royal biographer went even further, believes that Harry and Meghan's titles may be taken away altogether.
Asked if Prince Charles could do such a thing, royal expert Christopher Andersen told Us Weekly, "I absolutely think so. I think there could be retaliation prepared."
He continued." I think (Harry) will be invited to the coronation and I think he will go in May." Unless everything blows up in everyone's face and there is irreparable damage." But, yes, there are things Charles is in a position to do.
Moreover, as for what exactly the monarch might do, Andersen said, "Of course, there are still many things Charles can do to punish Harry, including titles and charity."
"Again, we will have to wait and see if he takes those steps."
It is clear that for Andersen, Prince Charles is a very different monarch than his mother. The queen, as I have said, will pretend as if nothing happened and will "calmly go through with it."
"But Prince Charles has a temper, and has let it flare up behind the scenes many times, and I have written about this.
Eh, let's hope not, for everyone's sake.
Andersen was also asked how Prince William felt about his brother's inflammatory media projects.
"He also has a temper.
"He's really, you know, a slow, low-burner. ...... He tries to hide it, but it doesn't really work." [He is very, very angry with his brother and he doesn't understand what he is doing." [In other words, William and Kate are doing a very spectacular job, doing all they can to uphold the monarchy and their duty.
"And the release of these trailers is a sign that they are ...... moment when they are trying to raise the flag in the United States, so to speak, and they are being eclipsed and overshadowed by that and the Susan Hussey case."
There is only one day left until we find out how far this documentary exposes the inner workings of the British royal family!
