Aubrey Plaza, a great Marilyn Monroe-like hairdo.
We didn't think Aubrey Plaza could get any more beautiful.
The naturally brunette actress debuted her new hair color, dubbed "Uptown Blonde," while attending the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 13th Annual Governors Awards in Los Angeles.
Plaza exuded classic Hollywood glamour, from Marilyn Monroe to Kate Winslet, in a halter, backless, plunging black gown with a high leg slit, paired with black heeled sandals and silver-tone jewelry
Blonde hair was styled in a tight, side-parted updo that looked like it took a can of hairspray (at least it would if someone tried that on my ridiculous hair).
Parks and Recreation starlets' makeup was also inspired by old Hollywood, with thin, defined brows, thick eyeliner, long lashes, bold red lips (and matching nails), and pink blush.
Plaza attended the event as the star of "Emily the Criminal," which was released this past August.
Plaza posted a photo from the event on Instagram, writing, "Last night at @theacademy Governors Awards... I am so honored to attend and to represent my little indie! Her famous friends did what all good friends should do: raved about her flawless look.
"!!! !" wrote Dan Levy, deeply moved.
"The blonde looks great!" commented Tess Sanchez, casting director and wife of Max Greenfield.
Cosmopolitan editor-in-chief Jessica Giles was quite speechless and simply said, "Oh my god Aubrey."
