Has Captain America found Peggy Carter?

Chris Evans has been rumored to be dating Portuguese actress Alba Baptista for some time without it becoming public knowledge, and apparently it's going very well.

A source told People that they have been together "for over a year and it's serious."

Page Six released a photo of the alleged lovebirds holding hands while strolling through New York City's Central Park.

Baptista has appeared in numerous television shows and films in Portugal, most notably for her role in this year's Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris.

In hindsight, perhaps we should have realized that there was someone special in Evans' life in the past few months.

It all started in July, when the actor admitted that he was "laser-focused on finding a partner, I mean, someone I would want to live with."

He further told Shondaland, "I mean, look, I love my job. I put everything I have into it. But even this industry is full of pockets of doubt, hesitation, and readjustment in terms of trying to find someone you can really put your all into."

He added, "I've been in this industry for a long time, and I've been in this industry for a long time.

"Maybe it's about trying to find someone you can spend your life with. Yes, so maybe that's it."

And when he received the "Sexiest Man" honor earlier this week, Evans said he "absolutely" wants "a wife, kids, and a family."

He continued, "I think declarations of love are great. I like that kind of thing. I like to get sentimental, I cry easily. When I see a good song, a good sunset, I get emotional."

Thinking back, it makes sense that he was actually thinking of a real person when he said this.

Rizzo may have been devastated at times by Evans' reported infatuation (she has made no secret of her unrequited love for Evans), but the star herself is in love with her boyfriend, Mike Wright, thankfully. Happy ending. !!!!
