Doja Cat's eyebrow art belongs in a museum
It has been exactly one week since Dodja Cat decided to shave her eyebrows. Since then, she has been providing great, albeit non-traditional, beauty inspiration almost every day. Instead of experimenting with wigs, she's immersed herself in eyebrow art, and the "Woman" singer has been painting funky, faux eyebrows. From smiley face designs to color-block swirls to intricate baby hearts, the Grammy winner's brows have become the new canvas.
Dodja Cat's decision to shave off her eyebrows along with her head of hair was prompted by her longstanding frustration with the texture of wigs and her natural hair. She told her 24 million followers via Instagram Live, " "I never liked having hair. Since the beginning of my life, I've never thought, 'This is cool.' I don't like having hair. ...... If you don't cut your hair, what's the point of having hair?"
Fans were quick to share their thoughts on Dodger Cat's new look on Twitter, with many applauding the singer's new look. The tune remained the same as she showed off her eyebrow design. One of her followers wrote, "Your creativity is unmatched," while another follower said, "Love the look."
If you too are on the eyebrow-less train, or looking for some graphic eyeliner inspiration, scroll ahead. We've compiled a list of Dodger Cat's eyebrow art.
With one of her first designs, Doja Cat went the skinny brow route. But instead of sticking to a simple line, she drew a small purple heart in the center.
The "Say So" singer spiced up her arch with some clever swirls, arrows, and hearts. We were impressed.
Our eyes obviously went straight to Dodger Cat's racer-esque eyebrows. That slashed crease! Those eyelashes! This is truly a work of art.
The creativity here is matchless and simple. The "eyebrow branch" is too good to be true. This look could also work as a lovely eyeliner look.
Lucky for us, Doja told us about the makeup she used to achieve this otherworldly design. 'UV Hydra fx by @suvabeauty and Water Activated Liner by @glisten_cosmetics for space age fun. Looks like I wore my lashes backwards. ? " she captioned her Instagram post.
Doya's recent look put a smile on our faces. One follower wrote: "We need more content like this." We couldn't agree more, so be sure to check back for all the latest on the star's brow art.
