Britney Spears' Lawyer Criticizes Kevin Federline's "Bullying"

Britney Spears' lawyer Matthew Rosengart is unhappy with Kevin Federline's recent behavior.

Rosengart issued a statement to Us Weekly condemning Federline's behavior after the singer's ex posted a video online purporting to show her having an intense conversation with her two sons.

"Britney Spears is a wonderfully talented and extremely hardworking icon who is rightfully loved and respected by millions of people around the world," the lawyer said.

"The same, unfortunately, cannot be said about Mr. Federline who, for inexplicable reasons, decided to give a gratuitous interview that would hurt the mother of his children."

The interview in question is one that Federline gave to ITV, the details of which were published in the Daily Mail a few days ago, in which he said that Sean Preston (16) and Jayden (15) avoid their mother because of certain pictures she posts on Instagram He states.

"My boys have now decided not to see her," he claimed. 'They haven't seen her in months. They have made the decision not to go to her wedding."

He also quotes a man who said, "I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to go.

After the quote was published, both Spears and her new husband Sam Asgari refuted Federline's claims.13]

In a now-deleted post, Spears also wrote, "I know teenagers are hard to deal with at that age ...... But come on, they can be rude, they can be hateful."

She stated.

In response, Federline posted a video of her sons arguing with their mother, with the caption, "After what my sons have been through, I can't stand by and watch them get blamed like this."

"As much as it hurts us, we as a family have decided to post these videos our sons took when they were 11 and 12 years old. This is not the worst thing that could happen. The lies have to stop. I hope our children grow up better than this. #NeverFearTruth."

Rosengart said, "Aside from the ITV interview, Federline's ill-advised decision to post old videos of 11- and 12-year-olds was cruel and rock bottom."

"It is abhorrent. Not only is it demeaning to himself and against social norms, but he has now created himself a host of legal problems, including but not limited to cyber harassment and cyber bullying statutes"

.

Rosengart is determined to help Spears expedite his withdrawal from 13-year conservatorship and protect his clients from further harm. The attorney continued, "I will not tolerate bullying in any area."

"We are working with Instagram to ensure that Mr. Federline abides by its rules and are exploring all appropriate remedies against him.

"In the meantime, as Britney herself has poignantly stated, whatever is happening between her and her sons should remain private."

"We urge Mr. Federline to act with grace and decency and publicly discuss private matters that benefit no one. We urge him to stop discussing private matters publicly that benefit no one."
