Who is Sarah Coffin from Peter's "Bachelor" season?

Spoilers ahead for The Bachelor. Peter Weber's 2020 Bachelor season is shaping up to be an interesting one. It is more "homogenous" (sigh) than usual in terms of pageant contestants, and, befitting Weber's profession as a pilot, it will feature a number of women who also work for airlines as flight attendants and pilots. One of the most intriguing is Sarah Coffin.

Not only is Coffin a major front-runner (it's still early in the season), but there are rumors that she is likely to be part of the Bachelorverse, no matter what her performance this season. So what do we already know about this potential (future) fan favorite?

I mean, Hannah Brown was from 'Bama, so maybe Weber has a thing for Southern girls." She is 23 (i.e., five years younger than him) and a radiology student at the University of Tennessee Medical Center (opens in new tab).Reality Steve" (in new tab ), she has three siblings: Paige (open in new tab), Jacob (open in new tab), and Sam (open in new tab). She is also, according to her Pinterest (opens in new tab), very much into a healthy diet that includes a lot of plant-based foods. Go Sarah

This was also a comment from Reality Steve, who said that she checks a lot of boxes for positive attributes of a Bachelor contestant (young, attractive, seems to have a kind personality, and does things differently enough that she might make herself stand out on the first night) Pointed out.

When ABC released 33 photos of "potential" women, fans weighed in (open in new tab). And Coffin got a lot of positive feedback:

Facebook fans speculated that she would get the first impression rose, and said she looked "very real and authentic," just like when fans first saw Weber.

Well, Weber is not that interested in her. Have you ever seen her on camera? She didn't get the first impression rose (that went to another Southern girl, Hannah Ann Sluss). Coffin is still on the show at this point, but unless something changes dramatically, there is not much energy to set up her identity or status as a contestant. There is no intro package, no interview with the producer (as far as I could tell, but if I missed it, let me know). From the spoilers, I'm guessing she will have a group date in this next episode, but it doesn't look good for someone who was talked about so much before the show. I'm sad, honestly!

For her part, Coffin has been sweet and vulnerable about her time on the show so far, and is clearly a good sport about the whole thing. When Chris Harrison introduced her in a live YouTube video (swipe to see the video), he said she was a House favorite and a Weber favorite.

My guess is that we'll be seeing more of Coffin on TV one way or another. Wouldn't she be a perfect fit for The Bachelor in Paradise? Farmer Joe impressed on the first night of Hannah Brown's Bachelor season. I would love to see a similar situation here.
