Taylor Swift wears a ring on that finger in "Miss Americana"
February 3 update: Taylor Swift is not actually engaged. Her engagement finger ring, which fans spotted in her new Miss Americana documentary, is shaped like a cat. When the documentary first premiered, it was difficult to discern what exactly the ring looked like.
Original story from January 31: Wait, what? Some sharp-eyed Taylor Swift fans noticed that in her documentary "Miss Americana," there is footage of her talking backstage with a very large, sparkly ring on the ring finger of her left hand. Surrounded by family members (including her mother, who recently announced her cancer) (opens in new tab), Swift explains, "I want to be on the right side of history." When you look at the gesture of her hand, you can absolutely see a very shiny and also huge bling on that finger.
