Prince William and Prince Harry reportedly "talking more" after twists and turns
Prince William and Prince Harry (opens in new tab) have upgraded their relationship from "very complicated" to "things are looking up."
At least, that's what unnamed royal sources are hinting. One royal source told ET Online (opens in new tab) that after a recent difficult period in the sibling relationship, "they are talking more and are in better shape."
"The brothers don't hate each other as has been reported," the source said, adding, "They are talking."
Rumors of a royal rift between the brothers (and by extension their wives, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle (opens in new tab)) quickly accelerated last year when the Fab Four decided to split the royal family (opens in new tab). According to this source, this was actually a major event for Will and Harry's relationship, and the division of royal duties was the key to getting them back on the right track on a personal level.
"Having separate households has improved their relationship because they no longer have to talk business," the source explains. 'The siblings had different futures and very important organizational roles, which created a complicated relationship.' The separation of the households turned things around
In an interview for the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey (open in new tab), which aired last fall, Harry told ITV News at Ten anchor Tom Bradby Harry admitted to ITV News at Ten anchor Tom Bradby that he and William are rumored to have a rift (open in new tab). We will always be brothers. We're definitely on different paths right now, but I'll always be there for him and I know he'll always be there for me. We don't see each other as much as we used to because we are so busy, but I love him dearly. Most things come from nothing, but as I said, as brothers, we have our good days and our bad days."
Hopefully this latest update on the sibling bond means that the Cambridge and Sussex paths will soon cross again?
