Emma Watson keeps her relationship status confidential.
You grew up watching Emma Watson as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and more recently were stunned to see her as Meg March in Louisa May Alcott's Little Women, adapted by Greta Gerwig. She's long been on our radar, but I've always wondered: who would catch Watson's eye?
Last year, Watson was rumored to be in talks with Tom Felton, a co-star from her Hogwarts days. This is because Felton is rumored to have signed up for a super-secret celebrity dating app called "Raya" (open in new tab). Obviously, he would not have done that if he was dating Emma Watson.
Frankly, it was heartbreaking to learn that this is probably not possible. After seeing this picture that Felton posted of her in her pajamas teaching Watson how to play the guitar, I truly believed that the two of us, who loved each other as kids, would get together. [Because last October, Watson was seen kissing (open in new tab) a mystery man outside Gayle's Bakery in London. Months later, his identity has yet to be revealed, and it seems as if we are still waiting to find out his first name.
"I want to be consistent: I can't talk about my boyfriend in interviews and expect the paparazzi not to see me walking out of my house," Watson told Vanity Fair (opens in new tab) in 2017." You can't have it both ways."
In a November 2019 (opens in new tab) interview with Vogue UK (opens in new tab), Watson described her dating situation as "self-centered." Watson also discussed her anxiety about turning 30.
"I never believed the 'I'm single and happy' claims." I was like, "This is totally made up. It took me a long time, but I'm very happy. I call it 'self-partnering'"
.
So who the heck is Watson dating (whoever that is!) ), we can neither confirm nor deny, but we can confirm that Watson definitely still has a bit of Hermione in her.
