Ratakowski was last year spoke to ELLE.com (opens in new tab) about how even she sometimes struggles with body confidence. I mean, it's easy for me [to be confident], but let me tell you, some days I wake up in the morning and I don't feel good," she said. 'I think it's all relative, and I think everyone can be critical of their body. I think confidence isn't something that comes from what you see in the mirror, it's how you feel, as cheesy as that sounds."

She advises women to "give yourself a break." That's a super important message to me. I feel like women, especially young women, are so hard on themselves and constantly comparing themselves. I don't know if men see this as much. They want to be the sexiest, the smartest, the hardest working, all of that. That's great. But it's also important to understand that we are human and we can't always be everything we want to be at any given moment."
