Chrissy Teigen and John Legend gave the people what they wanted! The two appeared at Vanity Fair magazine's after-party on the night of the Academy Awards ceremony. Teigen wore a mint green gown with the day's best leg slit, while Legend kept it simple in a black suit. [The two were affectionate in front of the photographers.

Teigen spoke to Vanity Fair (open in new tab) in October about why some people are annoyed about her relationship with Legend. She said she doesn't focus on it, but she does sympathize." When I look at famous couples, I think, "Ugh, okay, I get it. Stop trying so hard, it's lame.' ' But I'm not going to go to ....... That's because I think of everything."

Teigen and Legend also talked about how their relationship began. Teigen recounted when they first started dating, "He was kind of known for being in the closet or modeling at the time." He was 27 and she was 21. 'I used to look at the Web site a lot, and it was always about how I'd become his beard, or how he'd paid off his past serious girlfriends, or how he'd hooked up with a new model. Oh my God, I read it all." Legend added. She just entertained me and texted me. It was the same energy of that email that people responded to in her tweets today. I didn't think I wanted interesting people until I was actually with interesting people."
