Before Meghan Markle (opens in new tab) became a member of the British Royal Family (opens in new tab), she was known as an actress and model, regularly walking red carpets around the world.

In a recently resurfaced video shared by the Instagram account @_duchess_of_sussex (opens in new tab), Meghan Markle (opens in new tab) is seen at the 2013 American Ballet at the David H. Koch Theater in New York City She can be seen attending the Theatre's Opening Night Fall Gala. As @_duchess_of_sussex captioned this post, "Meghan is always good!"

While walking the red carpet, Meghan stopped to talk to a doll, who noted that it was the first time the actress had attended the ballet. The Duchess of Sussex quickly got a date for the evening when the doll offered to sit with her in the audience. Essentially, the cute video clip is a chance to reminisce about Meghan's life (open in new tab) before she married Prince Harry (open in new tab) and became the Duchess she is today.

It is also worth noting that the Duchess of Sussex looked completely stunning on the red carpet in a gorgeous one-shoulder silk gown; even back in 2013, Meghan's style was chic and definitely fit for a princess.
