We're still basking in the afterglow of the glorious news that Jenna Deewan and Steve Kazee are engaged. Even happier, we got the details of the day and the (gorgeous, gorgeous) ring that Kazee picked out for her.

First, we heard a little more about the proposal itself: it happened at her and Kazee's baby shower, in front of all her friends and family; according to sources who spoke to E!

Kazee also told how he chose the ring and what it meant. 'When I started looking at engagement rings for Jenna, I knew I wanted something unique. It had to be beautiful like hers. Enter Nikki Reed and Bayou with Love" (Reed is the founder of the sustainable jewelry brand). He adds. The solitaire represents our oneness in a universe surrounded by stars. The diamonds laid on the band represent the Pleiades constellation, which holds special meaning for Jenna and me," he added. This makes a lot of sense if you remember that Dewan has a special connection (opens in new tab) with astrology, crystals, and positive energy (opens in new tab).

Meanwhile, just in case you were wondering, apparently all is well between Dewan and his ex, Channing Tatum. According to a source (opens in new tab), "Channing is very happy about Jenna and Steve's engagement. Channing has expressed that he is happy that Jenna is in a good place and moving forward". This means!
