Haley Bieber's Beauty Routine is Surprisingly Simple

Haley Bieber likes to wear sweats and no makeup best when she's not working. She doesn't have the patience to get ready every day; the 23-year-old model is busy with everything, so she keeps her makeup routine to five or less and her skin care routine even shorter. Her carefree approach to beauty and simple care regimen have made her a beauty icon and earned her the status of Bare Minerals' Clean Beauty Ambassador. Below, she shares her advice for maintaining a healthy mental state, why she prefers gloss over lipstick on date night, and the scary beauty regimen she's obsessed with.

"I'm all for healthy, clean, minimalist beauty. Some girls, like my friend Kylie Jenner, are very good with makeup. She's very passionate about makeup and very good at it, so people really believe in her products. I'm not as good with makeup as she is, so I love Bare Minerals products.

"The product I use for my 5-minute face is Complexion Rescue Hydrating Foundation Stick (open in new tab) ($32) - use it just where you need it. To finish, I apply blush, eyebrow gel, mascara, and Mineralist Hydrating Lipstick (open in new tab) ($20) depending on the day. Sometimes I just put on this lipstick and nothing else. It depends on my mood.

"On date nights with Justin, I usually go for a more natural look. If I put lipstick on, I don't want to be in trouble when I want to kiss him. I love kissing, so I like to wear gloss. My favorite is Bare Minerals' Jennie Buttercream Lip Gloss (opens in a new tab) ($19). It smells great, feels great, and looks great.

"I've always been really comfortable about not wearing makeup in public. Where I'd be photographed every day, I'd feel a little self-conscious and wonder if I should have worn mascara or not. But when I see myself in paparazzi photos wearing sunglasses, 90 percent of the time I'm not wearing makeup, I'm just chillin'. I don't have the patience to get ready every day. So, contrary to popular belief, most of the time I don't wear makeup."

"My skincare routine is usually very simple. I stick to Bare Minerals Pureness Gel Cleanser (opens in new tab) ($22). Then I use SkinLongevity Vital Power Infusion Serum (open in new tab) ($38). My last step is SkinLongevity Vital Power Infusion Moisturizer (opens in new tab) ($38). This is really moisturizing. The bareMinerals Claymates Face Mask Duo (opens in new tab) ($35) is a 2-in-1 for pure, glowing skin; I love the duality of getting both benefits in one mask."

"I love to experiment and try new things. I've done facial cupping, acupuncture, microcurrent facials, etc., and what I do every couple of months is PRP (Polyplatelet Plasma, aka Vampire Facial). I take my blood and use the plasma and apply it to my skin. I leave the plasma on my skin one day and wash it off the next day. That gives me the smoothest, most radiant glow. It's my anti-aging method"

"I almost dyed my hair pink the other day. I'm not sure if I should. In fact, I might do it this week. I keep thinking about dying it, but then right before I do, I don't dye it. It's really hard to keep my hair pink. I have to keep dying it over and over again and it's always a challenge to get the color in my hair. If I feel like continuing, I will. For hair products, I use a lot of Jen Atkins' line, Ouai. (opens in new tab) I really like her dry shampoo and if you walk into my bathroom, the majority of my hair products are from her. I also use a lot of Unite Hair Care products (opens in new tab)."

"Growing up dancing ballet has made me more aware of how important it is to take care of my body. I regularly visit a physical therapist and get massages to take care of my muscles. It is the glue that holds us together. My husband is a performer, so he has to dance, jump around, and use a lot of energy, which takes a toll on his body, so he is very aware of that. We share a lot when it comes to health and wellness routines. He helps me take care of my body and vice versa and we have shared the same chiropractor and wellness professional for years."

"He has taught me so much about deep breathing because I have to be aware of it for my voice. Our lives are so busy that we forget how important breathing is and the practice of intentional breathing."
