Longtime "Bachelor" series alumna and raccoon whisperer (opens in new tab) Claire Crawley (opens in new tab) is about to get her very own star vehicle as "The Bachelorette" in 2020. One thing that is not well known about Crawley, however, is that she has a really cool career as a hair stylist outside of her time on the show. This is a bit unusual in the recent evolution of the Bachelorette, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed that there are more influencers than ever before (opens in new tab). I can't wait to see if she talks more about this this season. So, what do we know?

According to the De Facto Salon website (opens in new tab), "Claire Crawley is currently taking coloring clients at De Facto Salon in East Sacramento." Crawley is just about to start filming for this season, so we'll have to update you." Interestingly, the site also lists Claire's work e-mail, which is probably inundated with requests unrelated to her work. How does it feel to be the Bachelorette? 'Did you really just talk to a raccoon? (Is Juan Pablo as bad a guy as they say? (I'm thinking yes.)

Crawley doesn't talk much about her job on Instagram and defines herself as a "health enthusiast," but in May 2019, she spoke about her motivation for becoming a hairstylist and why she still loves her job." Here we are a few years later and I am still crazy about my job and surrounded by the most amazing clients and friends ever!" And she writes:

I cannot say enough good things about Claire. She is a magician with hair! My hair looks fabulous after seeing her, secondly, she is so sweet, kind and easy to talk to. My hair looks fabulous every time!

You can't go wrong with Claire. She's my girlfriend. I love what she does to my hair and I love hanging out and chatting with her. She's bubbly, bubbly, and a color wizard. She recently did my color for free. As it turns out, I'm glad it didn't look gray, so I'm okay with that. Thanks, girlfriend! Claire also cuts my husband's hair and sometimes my kids' hair. Our family loves Claire!

Claire is a doll! She sat down with me first, discussed what I wanted (which I obviously didn't know), and suggested what would look good on my complexion. My goal was a deep shade of red and she did it perfectly! She also suggested a cut, but wasn't pushy. She added layers to my boring hair and brought it to life again! I love chatting with her. She is so funny, goofy, and sweet. She did an amazing job on my hair! I am so looking forward to going back!

Ok, now I'm going to ask her to do my hair.
