Kylie Jenner is currently in her eighth day of quarantine amid a coronavirus outbreak. On her Instagram story, she urged fans to follow along, posting, "Another daily reminder to take this social distancing seriously and self-isolate." Jenner, the youngest, is not the first to self-isolate, she said, likening the experience to being housebound while hiding her pregnancy with Stormi." My pregnancy prepared me for this," she wrote. 'I didn't leave the house for months.'

Jenner explained why she kept her pregnancy a secret on Instagram shortly after announcing the birth of Stormi in February 2018." I knew myself that I needed to prepare for this once-in-a-lifetime role in the most positive, stress-free, healthy way I knew how. There were no messy moments or big-budget unveiling that I had planned," she shared (opens in new tab).

"I knew the baby would feel every stress and emotion, so I chose this method for the sake of the little life and our happiness."

Later that year, in an interview with Vogue Australia (opens in new tab), Jenner expanded on her decision. 'I thought it would be better for us if Stormi and I stayed low-key. 'I thought it was a sacred and special moment and I wasn't ready to share it with everyone. I just wanted to keep it to myself."
