Well, it's official: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's UK office (opens in new tab) is closing for good. The 'ultimate confirmation' of their new out-of-office (forever) reply.As People reports (opens in new tab), messages to their official email accounts are now receiving the following auto-reply: "Thank you for your email. The office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is currently closed."

Meghan and Harry announced in February that they were closing their Buckingham Palace office, which employed 15 staff, and the month before that they were stepping down as senior royals; CNN reported (open in new tab) that, although there has been "some downsizing," "efforts are being made to reallocate people within the royal family."

One such reassignment, Sarah Latham, former head of communications for the Sussex family (opens in new tab), was hired by none other than Queen Elizabeth II. Prior to joining Meghan and Harry's team, Latham was a senior advisor to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, advised Barack Obama on his election in 2008, and worked for Bill Clinton in the 1990s. It's quite a career!
