This year, the Queen and Prince Philip are under house arrest in Windsor due to a coronavirus outbreak. The Royal Family has released a rare private video of the Queen's childhood. This time it's about a literal treat: chocolate cupcakes with a recipe from The Royal Pastry Chefs. And it's Queen-themed. Yes, they are as pretty as you can imagine.
