Meghan Markle is in Los Angeles with Prince Harry and (soon to be one year old!) Archie (opens in new tab) and may be practicing social distancing, but that hasn't stopped her from staying active in her patronage organization (opens in new tab).

This morning, the Duchess' patronage organization, Smart Works, which works with underprivileged women to provide them with interview-appropriate clothing and job preparation, shared a new video of Meghan video chatting with their clients. In the video, Meghan expresses her client's excitement for her next interview and reassures her that it will go well.

"I know you'll do well," the Duchess said, later adding, "Good luck.

SmartWorks shared the video in a Twitter thread, which also included the Duchess' words. 'Over the years, I have been privileged to meet and learn from so many talented women in the SmartWorks network, and more recently, to see the amazing work they are doing to adapt their programs to the realities of this pandemic. Their ability to continue to empower these women and help them gain the confidence they need to succeed during this time is inspiring." (See quote and video below.)

The charity added that it has "provided 200 hours of support to clients" since it shifted its focus to virtual services.

Princess Meghan has been a patron of Smart Works for over a year and made headlines last fall when she announced her intention to launch a capsule collection of workwear for the charity (opens in new tab).
