Serena Williams is the new face of Stuart Weitzman: Powerful and beautiful, Serena looks like a total #bosslady. Stuart Weitzman is known for its glossy, minimalist ads, and has used celebrities like Kendall Jenner (opens in new tab) and Gigi Hadid (opens in new tab) in the past. While their campaigns have been eye-catching, these images of Selena are a welcome departure from the traditional runway model.
As well as being the face of Stuart Weitzman, Selena uses the opportunity to highlight the brand's VitalVoices global partnership. (Serena has organizations like Sage Ke'alohilani Quiamno, co-founder of Future For Us (open in new tab), and Ashlee Wisdom, founder of Health In HerHUE (open in new tab), that support women of color leaders, who personally selected themselves for this honor) "Through this campaign... I hope to share a message of hope and optimism and celebrate the power of lifting women and their communities," Selina said on Instagram (opens in new tab).
The black-and-white campaign was shot by photographer Ethan James Green and features Selena in a matching white blazer and trench coat and a white bodysuit by Dream Bandits (opens in new tab) while wearing various shoes by Stuart Weitzman Featuring.
