Lisa Kudrow explains what Phoebe from "Friends" does during quarantine

The long-awaited Friends (opens in new tab) reunion special on HBO Max (opens in new tab) may have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic (signals collective tears), but Lisa Kudlow (opens in new tab) at least dealt the blow a little softened the blow.

In a new interview with The Sunday Times (opens in new tab), Kudrow indulged in a little fan fantasy and talked about her beloved character, Phoebe Buffay, and her onscreen husband, Mike Hannigan (who, as you recall, is an adorable, ageless the inimitable robot, played by Paul Rudd (opens in new tab)), offered her own predictions about how they would spend their isolated time during the pandemic.

"I feel like if they had kids, she would be militaristic about creating art," Kudlow said.

"So their house would be filled to the brim with huge, outlandish projects."

I agree. And now all I want in life is to see Phoebe and Mike's children (opens in new tab) and their militarized artwork.

IRL, Kudrow, like many Americans, spends time in isolation (opens in new tab) with her family. Kudrow, an actress, is in quarantine in her Los Angeles home with her husband, Michael Stern, and their 22-year-old son, Julian.

"We are fortunate in our circumstances," she said. We have no complaints." [Before the pandemic] I never stepped out of my house on the weekends anyway, so it was heaven for me."
