In the midst of a coronavirus pandemic, Kate Middleton and Prince William (opens in new tab) have repeatedly stressed the importance of talking about mental health. Kate and William joined celebrities such as Dua Lipa, Anthony Joshua, and David Tennant in sharing personal messages urging people to talk about their mental health and check in on others who may be suffering. [We are all connected. And sometimes just talking about how you feel can make a huge difference," William said. 'So now, let's join forces across the UK and reach out to someone.'

Kate came up next and said, "If you're suffering, it's important to talk about it. Or if someone you know seems unusual, you can ask them how they are. We are all connected."
