It seems that while Sophie Turner was in quarantine, she was scrolling through her camera roll to unearth some great images from her teenage years. To celebrate her friend Maddie Spalding's birthday, Turner posted a truly exceptional snap of the two of them in a typical 00s teen pose, head-to-toe in Juicy Couture velour (or a convincing copy) in a store fitting room. Shout out to this security tag!

Turner has very long, very blonde hair in this photo, suggesting that it was taken just before she began playing Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones" at age 13. Turner famously dyed her hair red to play the future Queen of the North, telling Refinery29 (opens in new tab), "I had to dye it a lot because I was using semi-permanent dye to change the color for 'Game of Thrones.'

This snap may have been taken during Turner's Sansa days, during her momentary return to her natural blonde shade, but it seems unlikely-Turner suffered extreme hair damage after returning to blonde before the final season of Game of Thrones. As a result, she opted to wear a wig rather than dye her hair red again. 'I came home from the salon and was brushing my hair and it just came right out. It was awful. When I went back to 'Game of Thrones,' [the stylist] said, 'I don't know if I can dye it, it might ruin my hair. I don't know if I can dye it. So I put a wig on,'" she told Refinery29. Anyway, ageism aside, let's applaud these truly awesome teenage mirror selfies.
