Kate Middleton and Prince William Announce New Names on Twitter and Instagram

It appears that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have quietly tweaked their social media profiles.

Earlier this week, sharp-eyed royal fans noticed subtle changes to @KensingtonRoyal's Instagram and Twitter accounts. The usernames remain the same, but the profile names previously listed as "Kensington Palace" are now "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge" on Twitter and "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge" on Instagram, perhaps a more appropriate social media name for Prince William and Duchess Kate more appropriately called.

While in isolation with their three children, Prince George (opens in new tab), Princess Charlotte (opens in new tab), and Prince Louis (opens in new tab), William and Kate have been busy at home. Recently, they launched a social media version of the Heads Together movement (opens in new tab) with the help of celebrities such as Dua Lipa, Harry Kane, and David Tennant. The effort coincided with the start of Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK

"If you're struggling, it's important to talk about it," Kate says in a video promoting the new campaign. 'If someone you know looks different, you can ask them how they are. Use this moment to send them a message."

William adds, "If you're not sure how you're feeling, don't be afraid to ask. And just talking about how you feel can make a big difference. So now, let's join forces across the UK and reach out to someone."
