Krischelle Stuess and Justin Hartley's Divorce Featured in "Selling the Sunset"
Two years after their marriage, fan-favorite couple Chrishell Stauss and Justin Hartley (opens in new tab) suddenly filed for divorce. This was not only a shock to their fans, but apparently also to Stause (opens in new tab) - and there are few details so far as to why the couple split. Next up for Stause is season three of the real estate reality show "(opens in new tab) Selling Sunset" (opens in new tab) (premieres August 7 on Netflix), and if early indications are any indication, it may reveal the details we've been waiting for. this is US actor Hartley never actually appeared in Selling Sunset, but Stauss talked about him in both Seasons 1 and 2. But the super lovey-dovey couple seemed blissfully happy, then suddenly not so much. What happened?" and how much can "Selling Sunset" tell us about all the drama? [On November 22, 2019, Hartley filed for divorce from Stauss, citing irreconcilable differences. This was apparently a big shock to Stauss.
According to one source (open in new tab), the divorce "upset" her, and in addition to the sudden news, she moved out of the house they were living in together." Sure, they had some problems, but she certainly didn't think he would suddenly file for divorce and not even try to save things," they said.
"He has reached a new level of fame thanks to the show and doesn't want to close a lot of doors now, and that's not necessarily the path Krischel should take," they added.
"She thought she was going to have a baby right after the marriage, but it hasn't worked out."
The sources also said that the divorce filing made them feel like "Justin wasn't serious about their marriage at all," adding that "Justin has already been married and divorced once before." [Hartley has one child from a previous marriage]
And so far, that's about all we know about the divorce. Stauss posted some cryptic words about people changing, but did not offer much of an explanation for it.
So, after the finale (open in new tab), a card appeared with the words "still going on" and the teasing to end all teasing continued: news of the divorce broke and Stause reacted.
"I'm kind of in shock," Stause is heard telling his friend and colleague Mary Fitzgerald.
"Did he beat you up?" Fitzgerald asks. Fitzgerald asks. [and Fitzgerald asks.
"Everyone in the world knows that, so many things happened at once," she adds, breaking down in tears. 'I love him so much. He was my best friend. Who am I going to talk to now?
But apparently there is more to this story: "Davina Potratz says. Oh dear.
So far, there is no trailer for season 3, but if it's any indication, Stause has some thoughts and wants to share them. Viewers are not sure what happened or to what extent, but the show is guaranteed to be juicy.
