"Voting is a great way to contribute and feel like you are making a difference," says Rizzo.
"But the power of voting in midterms and local elections wasn't taught in school.""It's a great way to make a difference. We want to be a part of showing future generations our power."In addition to promoting her new line of eyewear with Quay, the singer was photographed wearing a face mask that read "Vote" (opens in new tab) to further promote the importance of the November election. For this campaign, Quay tapped Lizzo creative director and longtime friend Quinn Wilson (opens in new tab) to direct the concept and photography.
Regarding Lizzo's favorite sunglasses, the musician said, "I took a lot of pictures at ICY and I wear TRANSCEND every day. I keep a pair in my bag and a pair by the pool." Prices start at $55 for the eyewear and $125 for the limited selection.
