Olivia Culpo (opens in new tab), model, influencer, face goalie, and co-owner of restaurant Back 40 (opens in new tab), doesn't skimp when it comes to her skin care routine, in the latest episode of Masked and Answered, the former Miss USA and Miss Universe winner shared her worst makeup mistakes, the key to glowing all day, and her holistic views on beating breakouts.
Masking is a ritual that Culpo firmly believes in and one that quarantine has allowed her to explore further. She said, "Face masking has become a big part of my routine. It's one of the benefits of quarantine. Culpo used a silver peel-off mask called GLAMGLOW GRAVITYMUD Firming Treatment Mask (opens in new tab) ($86). It's like the scene at the beginning of American Psycho where he peels off his mask," Culpo says in the video. 'This mask shines in every color of the rainbow. I'm about it."
Culpo said.
Culpo's morning routine is "straightforward and not overly complicated." Culpo swears by iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advanced Plus (open in new tab) ($155) and Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops (open in new tab) ($145) to achieve her signature radiant look. To lock in moisture, Culpo uses Tatcha The Water Cream (open in new tab) ($68) and protects her skin with Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 ($34). For under-eye soothing and moisturizing, Culpo uses Dr. Barbara Sturm Eye Cream (open in new tab) ($140). She rounds out the look with Tatcha Camellia Gold Spin Lip Balm (open in new tab) ($30).
Culpo is no stranger to the occasional irritating breakout." Everyone can relate to annoying breakouts. It really reflects on what I am eating, how rested I am, and whether I am drinking water. If I eat well and drink well, my skin looks fabulous." To heal and protect her skin, Culpo uses Dr. Barbara Sturm's Calming Serum (open in new tab) ($250). But Culpo is never put in a bad mood by acne. "I feel most beautiful when I'm happy," she says." To "truly own and love what makes you different. We love women who love themselves!
