But I can't remember a show in recent memory that has divided opinion as much as the ending of "Behind Her Eyes." (Opens in new tab) Starring Simona Brown, Eve Hewson, and Tom Bateman, this Netflix miniseries about an affair that went terribly, terribly wrong (and supernatural), thanks to its bizarre, unbelievable, and completely unexpected (opens in new tab) ending Tore the Internet apart.

Some viewers appreciated the twist in the last few episodes and praised the storytelling risks that led the show to be so unpredictable. Others, however, thought the entire concept was completely implausible and wished the show had stuck to its premise as a psycho-thriller instead of introducing a fantasy element at the last moment.
