Rihanna, the Queen of Everything, democratizes the beauty routine once again. Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Beauty's (open in new tab) first fragrance and biggest launch to date, launched on August 10, and we are elated. The Fenty Beauty icon has been known for her seductive fragrance (opens in new tab) among celebrities for years. We got a sneak peek of Fenty Parfum, and it is as complex and sensual as you would expect.

In true Rihanna fashion, it took a while to perfect (we're still begging her to drop the album (opens in new tab)). She worked with LVMH master perfumer Jacques Cavalier-Belletroux in Grasse, France, to carefully select the fragrance scents and create a creamy, rich blend. Her favorite notes are geranium, magnolia, Bulgarian rose, and curveball blueberry. Like Rihanna herself, this perfume is in a class of its own.

"What I love most is the experience, the memory, that is concentrated in the fragrance. Once you smell it, you will never forget it," she said of the fragrance.

This foray into fragrance took years to achieve: Rihanna first learned about fragrance from her mother in Barbados, where she worked in the beauty industry. The singer's specialty is layering multiple scents to create a unique impression. Therefore, while creating her own perfume, she wanted to make sure that the luxurious amber-brown bottle was equally unique.
