Are Kevin Krader and Kim Lee of Bringing Empire currently dating?

Bling Empire Season 2 Spoilers Ahead. The first season of Bling Empire saw hints of chemistry between cast members Kevin Crader and Kim Lee, but at the time Kevin was interested in another "Bling Empire" cast member, Kelly Mee Lee. The second season opens with hints of a budding romance between Kevin and Kim. (Kevin bitterly disliked Kim, the cool female DJ, at the beginning of the series ("I hated her. I couldn't stand her.") Kevin and Kim's flirting develops into an important storyline in Season 2. I won't spoil it here, but it's clear from the trailer that it won't be smooth sailing between them. Kim tells Kevin, "I don't like being lied to," and in another scene, Kevin angrily repeats to Kane, "I had to tell her," which is presumably Kim. Kim, on the other hand, says, "I gotta get over the fact that Kevin dated all those girls."

Nearly a year after filming. Both Kevin and Kim are active on Instagram (of course?) and have been interviewed about what they expect from the new season.

Speaking to People about the second season, Kevin said that viewers will find him to be more than a "silly goofball." He explained that "there are more sides to me," adding, "In season two, you'll see a lot more realistic things that happen to us."

The second season was filmed in the summer of 2021, Christine Chui told Fashionista, close to a year ago. That means Kim and Kevin are nearly a year removed from the (somewhat) acrimonious end of season 2. Without spoiling anything, the cast has had plenty of time to patch things up and grow apart since Season 2 was filmed.

"This season is shocking," Kim told ET Canada. When asked about her relationship with Kevin in particular, she said, "It was very intense."

Kevin said, "It's a hurricane, it rains, it's tumultuous.

"Whatever that means," Kim laughed.

One thing is clear: the two have been flirting in the run-up to filming Season 2; in January, a few months before filming for Season 2 began in May, she joked to E., "I'm pretty sure we're flirting. Kevin calls me every day." Kreider interjected: "No, you call me every day. She gets very angry if I don't return her calls or texts right away."

Not according to Instagram. Kim commented on Kevin's trailer repost with a hand emoji, and they "liked" each other's posts. but they certainly have not posted any photos together or mentioned each other on social media in recent months.

Last October, supposedly around the end of filming for season 2, they attended LA Fashion Week together:

and they have been promoing the new season together in a seemingly amicable, if not romantic, relationship:

At the Netflix premiere party, third and fourth from left side by side:

Judging from the IG evidence, it seems that Kim and Kevin were friends before their romance. In fact, the two confirmed in an interview with Today (open in new tab) that they do not even live in the same city. Kevin said, "I'm in New York right now, and Kim is in Los Angeles."

Kevin added that he and Kim were "still close" and kept in touch after the shoot. Kevin said, "We tried to check in with each other to see how we were doing mentally." He also said that after season two ended, they needed to distance themselves. We all needed distance and space. We didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

As for Kim, she says she feels "at peace" that everything worked out the way it did. She said, "Ultimately, I went with my gut. I had to do what was best for me instead of listening to what the outside world was telling me."
