There are few things in this world as interesting as Lizzo's TikToks. If you didn't like the viral nature of her "About Damn Time" dance tutorial, we'd like to draw your attention to her sunburn-soothing chronicle. Long story short, the founder of Yitty spent a little too much time in the sun (please, one of the best SPF's out there) and ended up with slightly tanned skin. Being a wise woman, she reached for an aloe plant to soothe her skin.

Well, all the logic was there (aloe plants have been proven to help soothe and cool the skin), but her application was a bit messy. There was a lot of nose foam and a lot of saliva. She said, "I'm a little burned, so I'm putting this on my face." Aloeussie: "No, I'm not. How do you turn this into something you put on your face? Do you do it like this?"

Thankfully, fans of the "Juice" singer came to the rescue. While many went crazy for the "aloessy," others gave us tips on how to apply our endorsement. 'You have to blend the aloe! I use it with coconut water," suggested one TikTok user. Another liked to scoop aloe from the inside of the leaf, blend it until it has a watery consistency, and freeze it in an ice cube tray.

Perhaps the easiest suggestion, however, was to "find a product that is aloe gel intended to be rubbed on the face." The latter is, in our humble opinion, truly genius. So that you don't have to struggle to apply aloe like Rizzo did, here are a few of our favorite aloe products.
