I have a photographic memory of Zendaya's hair transformation. Of course, with all the extensions and voodoo styling illusions, it can be a little difficult to track her cuts and colors. But I still haven't forgotten the one-slide Instagram of honey-colored lobbed hair she posted back in March. But this week, the Euphoria star revealed that her blonder tones are still intact and the cut is growing at the speed of light.

"I feel like I just got my hair cut ..." The Dune actress captioned the car selfie. In the photo, her highlighted hair was past her shoulders and filled with jagged layers. Her hair looked perfectly grown out and low-maintenance.

Followers went wild after a fan account named Zendaya_Updates shared a video of the star's hairstyle on Twitter. One person tweeted, "She looks great with light brown hair." Another said, "This woman's beauty hits a different note."

Zendaya may be in her light brown hair days, but she has been known to experiment with different shades; in December 2021, around the time of the "Spider-Man: No Way Home" press tour, she debuted a flaming red. She captioned a selfie from that time, "It was time for a change." The bold transformation was the work of hairstylist Sarah Guan. Many fans (including yours truly) thought the red moment was a tribute to her Marvel character Michelle Jones Watson, aka MJ.

While the symbolism wasn't necessarily confirmed, it wasn't far off. Zendaya, along with stylist Lo Roach, has a habit of giving a shout-out to her on-screen characters with her red carpet clothing and accessories. From the Moschino set she wore to the premiere of "Space Jam" to the spider web print dress she wore to the premiere of "Spider-Man," it's safe to say Zendaya knows how to make a statement with fashion and beauty.
