Yesterday, Marie Claire reported a new book claiming that Meghan Markle once accused Victoria Beckham of leaking a story about Meghan and her husband Prince Harry to the press. However, according to OK! Inside the royal family, it is Harry and Meghan who are feared to be the leakers.

According to the report, Prince William and Kate Middleton are worried that "anything" they say to Harry and Meghan will be instantly leaked to the media. Veteran royal expert and author Katie Nichol told "Entertainment Tonight" about how little time the brothers and their wives spent together at last month's platinum jubilee celebration, "Not only is it a busy schedule on the part of the Cambridges, but perhaps trust on I think it suggests a bit of a lack of trust."

Harry's memoir will be released as early as the end of the year, and the Sussexes are also filming a reality show on Netflix.

"I'm sure William and Kate are worried about their words and actions being leaked to the media," Nicole said. 'So I think they have to prove they can be trusted.'

What the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's upcoming project will reveal about the royal family remains to be seen.

"I think Harry and Meghan have to respect the royals' wishes if there is any possibility of moving forward and trying to repair the relationship and heal some pretty deep wounds," Nicole says.

"I think Harry and Meghan absolutely must respect the wishes of (Queen Elizabeth) II and (Prince Charles) and keep these meetings private."

The Sussexes met both Her Majesty the Queen and the Prince of Wales during their recent visit to the UK for the Platinum Jubilee. Harry and Meghan's children, Archie and Lili, also took part in the excursion across the pond, where Lilibet met her namesake, her great-grandmother, the Queen, and her grandfather, Prince Charles, for the first time.

Of Charles, Nicole said, "He loves his son... He wants to forgive his son everything. He wants to repair that relationship and move on. A large part of that is that he wants to be a grandfather and see his grandchildren. It may mean a little more transatlantic travel, but he wants to enjoy the experience."

Prince Charles has been seen publicly doting on the Cambridge children at the Platinum Jubilee. He is a "doting grandfather," Nicole said, adding, "He has spent more and more time with his Cambridge grandchildren in recent years and is very, very eager to have a close relationship with Meghan and Harry's children."
